Kaka Always Makes The Difference - Maldini

Milan legend Paolo Maldini insists Kaka is the one who makes the difference at the club after the playmaker came onto to ensure his side beat Sampdoria on Sunday...

The Rossoneri beat the Blucerchiati 3-0 thanks largely to Kaka's magical moments on the pitch.

Maldini has hailed the Brazilian and he believes he makes the real difference for the team week in, week out.

"We won because of Kaka's introduction into the fray. He came on and made the difference. He is a fundamental player for us." said Maldini.

"It was a great win for us in terms of the league even though we had problems at the start of the game.

"The captain is now looking forward to the game against Heerenveen in the UEFA Cup on Thursday night.

"I have heard they are a very fast team," added the Italian.

"Heerenveen are good, especially at home and so we will need to be careful. There are still a few days to go and so we have time to recover for the game.

"We have to go to Holland to win because there are many games to play in this competition."

Il Diavolo are now just three points behind league leaders Inter. Kaka is likely to start against Heerenveen as the Rossoneri attempt to conquer Europe.
