The team went through its daily training session this morning, as Paolo Maldini paid a visit to his former teammates.
MILAN – The players met at Milanello at 10.00 CET to start working at 10.30 CET. Paolo Maldini was present at the training session, as the Milan legend paid a visit to his former teammates.
Coach Allegri’s team began the session with warm-up exercises and light running, before getting divided into three groups.
Using different areas of the pitch, the Rossoneri first did some sprints, ran changing directions and went through a series of technical drills under the guidance of Mauro Tassotti, before doing exercises of two-against-two.
Gattuso, Oddo, Nesta, Seedorf, Oduamadi, Jankulovski, Inzaghi and Antonini are the players who participated in these drills.
Afterwards, the aforementioned Rossoneri played a match amongst the squad. In the meantime, the rest of the team followed personalised training programmes.
Tomorrow the team will have a day of rest and thus will resume preparation Monday afternoon.
