Cari amici lettori,

Paolo Maldini e Adriana Fossa smentiscono i giornali a proposito della loro crisi sentimentale. La coppia non sta assolutamente per divorziare.

Giorni fa il settimanale NOVELLA 2000 aveva lanciato il GOSSIP che sembrava essere stato confermato poichè i due non si facevano vedere da tempo insieme in occasione degli eventi mondani.

La notizia è stata ufficializzata altresì da Danilo Bongiorno, avvocato della famiglia Maldini, il quale scrive al giornale sostenendo che l'articolo pubblicato oltre ad essere diffamatorio va a discapito della serenità familiare.

... Trovo sia più che giusto!

Prendo atto del comunicato e sono d'accordo a divulgare questo post; in effetti se due persone non vogliono apparire in pubblico non è detto che si stiano lasciando, sappiamo bene che sia Paolo che Adriana hanno sempre evitato i pettegolezzi anche per proteggere i loro figli...

The team went through its daily training session this morning, as Paolo Maldini paid a visit to his former teammates.

MILAN – The players met at Milanello at 10.00 CET to start working at 10.30 CET. Paolo Maldini was present at the training session, as the Milan legend paid a visit to his former teammates.

Coach Allegri’s team began the session with warm-up exercises and light running, before getting divided into three groups.
Using different areas of the pitch, the Rossoneri first did some sprints, ran changing directions and went through a series of technical drills under the guidance of Mauro Tassotti, before doing exercises of two-against-two.
Gattuso, Oddo, Nesta, Seedorf, Oduamadi, Jankulovski, Inzaghi and Antonini are the players who participated in these drills.

Afterwards, the aforementioned Rossoneri played a match amongst the squad. In the meantime, the rest of the team followed personalised training programmes.

Tomorrow the team will have a day of rest and thus will resume preparation Monday afternoon.

Paolo Maldini e la moglie Adriana Fossa, indagati per aver corrotto un funzionario delle agenzie delle Entrate per “ottenere favori fiscali per la loro società Velvet” mette nero su bianco il pm, non ci stanno a passare per i “furbetti” del Fisco”. «Siamo parte lesa» fanno sapere attraverso il loro avvocato.

Privilegi fiscali

Ma dalle carte degli inquirenti emergerebbe tutt’altra realtà: i due - si legge nell’atto di chiusura dell’inchiesta, che ha coinvolto 43 persone - avrebbero pagato un funzionario per evitare controlli fiscali dell’Agenzia delle Entrate ed ottenere sgravi. Almeno fino al 23 giugno scorso. Non solo. L’ex capitano della Nazionale avrebbe perfino chiesto al pubblico ufficiale di fare una verifica fiscale sul fratello di Franco Baresi, suo socio in un affare in Toscana.

Maldini era infatti stato intercettato dalle Fiamme Gialle mentre chiedeva a Luciano Bressi, il funzionario dell’ufficio Milano 1, se era possibile controllare “l’affidabilità” di Alessandro.

Il commercialista dei vip

Già, perchè se ufficialmente Bressi era un funzionario del Fisco, ufficiosamente lavorava come commercialista. In barba ai principi di imparzialità e trasparenza derivanti dal pubblico impiego. E nella lista di clienti annoverava nomi importanti dello sport e dello spettacolo. Maldini, appunto. Ma anche il padre Cesare, il portiere Zenga e il dj Ringo. Almeno a detta di un ex collega del funzionario infedele, che al momento dell’arresto aveva svelato le “amicizie eccellenti”. Tra cui quella, millantata dallo stesso Bressi, col ministro dell’Economia Tremonti. Tutti estranei all’inchiesta. Ma, nel caso di Zenga, Maldini padre e dj Ringo, “avvistati” nell’Agenzia delle Entrate di via Manin in compagnia di Bressi.

Il funzionario, infatti, riceveva amici e clienti proprio nell’ufficio pubblico. In particolare - scrive il pubblico ministero - il dirigente si mostrava «particolarmente attento e affezionato ai Maldini».

E secondo l’accusa si sarebbe introdotto abusivamente nel sistema informatico dell’Anagrafe tributaria con finalità ben diverse da quelle istituzionali. Da un lato avrebbe evitato ai suoi clienti, tra cui i Maldini, ispezioni fiscali e dall’altro avrebbe “agito” sulle cartelle esattoriali per garantire sgravi.

I pagamenti

Tutto dietro lauto pagamento, secondo la Procura milanese. L’ex capitano e la moglie, infatti, pur conoscendo il vero incarico di Bressi, sarebbero diventati clienti del suo studio professionale CM Servizi Amministrativi «al fine di ottenere trattamenti fiscali più favorevoli offrendogli la relativa utilità costituita non solo dall’onorario per lo studio (circa 40mila euro annui) ma anche dalla procura speciale della predetta società (lui conferita già dal maggio 2003) da cui scaturivano ingenti corrispettivi “in nero”, somma non inferiore a 185mila euro».

L’inchiesta aveva portato all’arresto (ai domiciliari) di sei funzionari dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, quattro commercialisti, un imprenditore e un’investigatrice privata.

E tra gli indagati compare anche il nome del giornalista di Mediaset Davide De Zan, che aveva richiesto (e ottenuto) informazioni patrimoniali sul collega Sandro Piccinini, conduttore di “Controcampo”, e su Paolo Ziliani, entrambi suoi diretti superiori a Mediaset.

MILANO - L'ex calciatore del Milan, Paolo Maldini, è indagato dalla procura di Milano per corruzione e accesso abusivo al sistema informatico dell'anagrafe tributaria, nell'ambito di un'inchiesta, chiusa oggi e che nei mesi scorsi ha portato in carcere un funzionario dell'agenzia delle entrate. L'inchiesta della procura milanese coinvolge 43 persone a vario titolo accusate di aver messo in atto pratiche illecite per ottenere trattamenti fiscali più favorevoli. Accusa, quest'ultima, contestata a Luciano Bressi, il funzionario dell'agenzia delle entrate di Milano, arrestato nel giugno dell'anno scorso, che si era «riciclato» commercialista per i vip. A quanto si è appreso, assieme all'ex capitano rossonero, è indagata anche la moglie, Adriana Fossa.

L'INCHIESTA - Il nome dell'ex capitano del Milan era già comparso nei mesi scorsi nell'ambito dell'inchiesta, di cui è titolare il pm di Milano Paola Pirotta. L'ex calciatore rossonero si sarebbe rivolto a Luciano Bressi, che avrebbe effettuato accessi abusivi al sistema informatico dell'Anagrafe Tributaria, con finalità diverse da quelle istituzionali, come risulta da una telefonata intercettata dagli investigatori, nella quale Maldini chiede al funzionario di fare «una verifica» nell'ambito di un'operazione immobiliare che voleva portare a termine in Toscana. Il particolare era emerso dall'ordinanza del gip di Milano Gloria Gambitta a carico del funzionario. Il giudice inserisce l'iniziativa dell'ex capitano del Milan nella «costituzione di una nuova società operante nel settore edile-immobiliare» di cui l'ex calciatore voleva entrare a far parte con la moglie.

LA TELEFONATA - In una telefonata, agli atti dell'inchiesta, Maldini parla con Bressi dell'impegno economico importante che deve affrontare e gli chiede: «Volevo fare una piccola ... verifica su, su, su Alessandro eh ... Come si può fare (...) Su di lui si può fare una verifica eh ... fiscale su di lui... Nel senso se ha avuto problemi con la giustizia ad esempio eh .. Oppure se ha avuto problemi con il fisco ...». Maldini, scrive il gip, «chiede a Bressi di compiere un'indagine sulla posizione fiscale» del predetto Alessandro «perchè risulta tra i soci della nuova società». L'ex capitano, stando al gip, spiega inoltre, nella telefonata, che intende svolgere «accertamenti di giustizia» («giustizia posso chiederla a qualcun altro», dice l'ex capitano rossonero nell'intercettazione). Nell'inchiesta sono indagate una quarantina di persone a cui è stato notificato l'avviso di chiusura delle indagini.

«CONSAPEVOLI DEL DOLO» - «Paolo Maldini e la moglie Adriana Fossa erano consapevoli del dolo», scrive il pm nell’atto di conclusione delle indagini, depositato a disposizione delle parti e che prelude alla richiesta di rinvio a giudizio che arriverà tra una ventina di giorni. Corruzione e accesso abusivo a sistema informatico al fine di ottenere un trattamento fiscale favorevole, sono le accuse della procura. Adriana Fossa, moglie dell’ex capitano del Milan, viene descritta come legale rappresentante della società Valvet Sas, Paolo Maldini come il gestore di fatto e azionista di maggioranza della stessa società. Entrambi agivano «nella consapevolezza della qualifica di pubblico ufficiale ricoperta da Luciano Bressi, diventando clienti dello studio professionale Cm Servizi amministrativi gestito da Bressi al fine di ottenere trattamenti fiscali più favorevoli offrendogli non solo l’onorario per lo studio, 40 mila euro, ma anche la procura speciale di Valvet Sas dal maggio 2003 da cui scaturativano ingenti somme in nero, almeno 185 mila euro». Maldini si rivolgeva a Bressi chiamandolo presso l’ufficio dell’agenzia delle entrate in via Manin a Milano. Bressi, in violazione dei suoi doveri di imparzialità, «si interessava e curava personalmente tutte le più svariate pratiche fiscali di Valvet Sas. Bressi garantiva l’esenzione di controlli fiscali da parte dell’agenzia delle entrate... Provvedeva ad eseguire personalmente interrogazioni a banche dati di interesse pubblico». In particolare, dice sempre l’atto di chiusura delle indagini, Bressi e Maldini accedevano abusivamente nel sistema informativo dell’agenzia delle entrate per svolgere indagini ed estrapolare dati su Paolo Alessandro Baresi. Il pm cita numerosi accessi tra il 27 gennaio e il 29 gernnaio del 2009.

«SONO SERENO» - Paolo Maldini, attraverso il suo legale Danilo Buongiorno, fa sapere di essere «tranquillo e sereno» per la vicenda che riguarda lui e la moglie. «Nel contestare le accuse che sono del tutto infondate - spiega l'avvocato Buongiorno - è certo di potere dimostrare l'assoluta estraneità sua e di sua moglie, le cui posizioni dovevano essere quelle di parti lese e non certo di indagati». L'avvocato Buongiorno precisa che alcuni organi di stampa hanno diffuso la notizia «con più dati imprecisi, tra cui il riferimento ad un soggetto presunto parente dell'ex calciatore Franco Baresi, che tale non è».

Notizia bomba per il mondo del gossip: Paolo Maldini e la moglie sarebbero stati iscritti nel registro degli indagati nell'ambito dell'inchiesta che vede coinvolto Luciano Bressi, il funzionario dell'Agenzia delle entrate Milano arrestato giugno 2009.

Maldini era stato intercettato dal nucleo di polizia tributaria della guardia di finanza mentre chiedeva a Luciano Bressi se era possibile far partire una verifica fiscale su un soggetto nell'ambito di un'operazione immobiliare in Toscana a cui era intenzionato partecipare.

Maldini e la moglie Adriana Fossa sarebbero dunque accusati di essersi introdotti abusivamente nel sistema informatico dell'Anagrafe tributaria con finalità diverse da quelle istituzionali.

Maldini, attraverso il suo legale Danilo Buongiorno, ha fatto sapere di essere "tranquillo e sereno" per la vicenda che riguarda lui e la moglie Adriana Fossa. La Guardia di Finanza e’ in possesso di alcune intercettazioni telefoniche che riguardano Paolo Maldini e lo stesso Bressi, che portano la data del 26 gennaio 2009: il calciatore chiedeva al funzionario se fosse stato possibile effettuare una verifica fiscale su Alessandro Paolo Baresi. In ballo c’era un’operazione immobiliare in Toscana, alla quale il giocatore voleva partecipare. Per questo fatto e’ indagato per concorso in accesso abusivo nel sistema informatico dell’anagrafe tributario.

Paolo Maldini, parlando con il funzionario dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, afferma che l’operazione equivale ad “un impegno economico abbastanza notevole“. Per questo si era rivolto a lui per chiedere se si poteva fare “una verifica fiscale su Alessandro…nel senso se ha avuto problemi con la giustizia, ad esempio….oppure se ha avuto problemi con il fisco….“.

Bresso era inoltre accusato di accessi abusivi al sistema informatico dell'Anagrafe Tributaria per scopi diversi da quelli istituzionali. In una delle telefonate intercettate, Maldini chiede a Bresso di effettuare alcune verifiche, prima di portare a compimento un'operazione immobiliare.

L'INTERCETTAZIONE - Questa una delle telefonate tra Maldini e Bressi, Maldini: 'Visto che si tratta comunque di... sì di un impegno economico abbastanza...'. Bressi: 'Notevole'. Maldini: 'Sì... eh... volevo fare una piccola... verificare su su su Alessandro eh... Come si può fare (...) Su di lui si può fare una verifica eh... fiscale su di lui... Nel senso se ha avuto problemi con la giustizia ad esempio eh... Oppure se ha avuto problemi con il fisco... Giustizia posso chiedere a qualcun altro, so gia a chi'.

'Maldini intercettato chiede a Bressi di compiere un'indagine sulla posizione fiscale del predetto Baresi perché risulta tra i soci della nuova società' scriveva il gip 'Maldini afferma che intende svolgere altri accertamenti di giustizia per i quali dice che si sarebbe rivolto a un'altra persona'.

Secondo il giudice, Maldini intendeva costituire con la moglie "una nuova società operante nel settore edile-immobiliare" e per questo avrebbe chiesto al funzionario di "compiere un'indagine sulla posizione fiscale" di tale Alessandro, che "risulta tra i soci della nuova società".

Anche lui, il "Capitano", la faccia pulita del Milan, insomma: Paolo Maldini, rischia di vedere compromessa la sua immagine per una storiaccia di evasioni fiscali, corruzioni e spionaggio fiscale.

La vicenda, che coinvolge oltre 40 persone tra funzionari infedeli, commercialisti, avvocati, notai e perfino un giornalista televisivo, Davide De Zan, emerge dall’avviso di chiusura indagini firmato due giorni fa dal pm Paola Perrotti e vede l’ex capitano rossonero, nonché la moglie Adriana Fossa, indagati in concorso per corruzione e accesso abusivo al sistema informatico dell’Agenzia delle entrate e sospettati di evasione fiscale con la loro società Velvet, attraverso lo studio Cm Servizi Amministrativi, gestito da Luciano Bressi, ex funzionario dell’ufficio tasse, riciclatosi come efficace commercialista dei vip: ai quali, dal bell’ufficio di via Manara, situato proprio di fronte al Palazzo di Giustizia, prometteva attraverso il suo magico computer dotato di password riservate dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, di abbattere l’imponibile fiscale. Maldini e la moglie, in particolare, si sarebbero avvalsi di questo sistema per ottenere informazioni sui redditi di Alessandro Paolo Baresi, solo omonimo dei più noti calciatori, con il quale volevano costituire una società edile immobiliare per alcune speculazioni in Toscana.

Le richieste di accesso abusivo, avvenute tra il 27 e il 29 gennaio dell’anno scorso, hanno lasciato una traccia in alcune intercettazioni della Gdf sull’utenza del commercialista: «Volevo fare - dice Maldini - una piccola...verifica su, su Alessandro, eh...Come si può fare? Su di lui si può fare una verifica fiscale...Nel senso se ha avuto problemi con la giustizia ad esempio eh...Oppure se ha avuto problemi col fisco...». ROME (AFP) – AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini and his wife are being investigated over corruption and the illegal access to tax records, Ansa reported Thursday.

The former international defender is accused of bribing an incomes official to avoid tax controls but his lawyer, Danilo Buongiorno, insisted that his client's role in the investigation was merely minor.

"He's calm and serene. In contesting the accusations, which are without a doubt baseless, he's certain that he will be able to demonstrate that he and his wife had absolutely nothing to do with this and that they must be injured parties and certainly not those being investigated," he said.

The former AC Milan star is being investigated following a separate probe into an incomes official who has since been imprisoned.

Maldini ended a 24-year career with Milan last season with 126 caps for Italy and more than 600 league games with Milan.

He won seven Serie A titles and five Champions League crowns during a glittering career.

Milan have stepped up efforts to tempt Paolo Maldini back to the club by offering him a top director's role, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

It follows speculation earlier this week of how Maldini turned down a part-time return to play football until the end of season.

The Rossoneri are now trying to get him working in a different role, either as a vice general director to help aid Ariedo Braida with transfer market work, or as a chief scout responsible for uncovering raw talent. As a scout he would be working alongside coach Leonardo.

On Tuesday, Paolo's father Cesare Maldini had said that returning to play was an unlikely scenario.

Head coach Leonardo will leave Milan in the summer and Paolo Maldini will return in a director role, according to latest reports being floated by Il Corriere dello Sport.

Adriano Galliani is preparing for new horizons and will wave arrivederci to his coach who is expected to return to Brazil and replace Carlos Dunga on the Selecao bench. Milan will promote Mauro Tassotti and Filippo Galli to first team coach and assistant coach respectively.

They will also lure Paolo Maldini back to football, albeit as a director behind the scenes. All this has been authorised by Silvio Berlusconi who has become piqued with the rate of progress he has seen thus far.

All this follows reports of how Maldini rejected the chance to come back to play for the final games of the season - something his father echoed when he said there was little prospect of seeing the great back on the playing field.

Paolo Maldini will not come out of international retirement and play for Milan, says his father Cesare, following reports the former defender declined an offer to return.

Earlier, Il Corriere della Sera claimed Maldini had been approached by Milan chief Adriano Galliani and coach Leonardo. Both men asked whether he felt like returning to plug the gaps in Milan's defence for the season's finale. But the club legend declined.

Cesare has now confirmed his son will not come out of the shadows to play for the Rossoneri.

"I was stunned when I read these things in the paper," Maldini told Tuttomercatoweb.com.

"Paolo is like me in terms of character and sticks to decisions. If he makes a decision then that's the way it will be.

"He is attached to Milan, this is obvious, but he made an important decision last year and he retired happily, therefore I cannot see how he would have second thoughts."

Legendary former Milan captain Paolo Maldini has turned down the possibility of resuming his footballing career to help the Rossoneri’s bid to win the Serie A title, according to the Corriere della Sera newspaper.
It is believed that boss Leonardo and chief executive Adriano Galliani approached the 41-year-old Maldini with the shock offer two weeks ago.

Leonardo is short of options at the back, with Alessandro Nesta unlikely to play again this season after undergoing knee surgery and Daniele Bonera still sidelined with a thigh injury.
So the idea of one last fling with the Rossoneri was floated to Maldini, who retired from football at the end of last season.
But the former Italy international rejected the proposal after mulling it over for 24 hours as he felt he would not have been up to the task after a 10-month lay-off.
Milan still hold faint hopes of claiming the Scudetto, but lie four points off the pace with just five games to go until the end of the season.

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that he once tried to sign Milan legend Paolo Maldini, only to face an outright denial from the player's father.

The Scot explained that signing arguably the greatest defender of our time remained one of his unfulfilled dreams as a manager.

"I always wanted to get Paolo here but it was impossible," Ferguson said, according to The Sun.

"I met his father at a game and told him how much I'd love to have his son at United.

"Cesare smiled at me and said 'My grandfather was Milan, my father was Milan, I played for Milan and now my son is Milan'.

"And that was it - story over!"

Maldini went on to be a one-club man and retired in 2009, at the age of 40, after spending well over two decades with the Rossoneri.

Revered AC Milan captain Paolo Maldini believes Manchester United have one of the best strike forces in Europe - with or without Ruud van Nistelrooy.

Maldini is unconcerned whether van Nistelrooy returns to the Red Devils line-up at Old Trafford tonight, even though the Dutchman's 36 goals in 37 European appearances for United marks him out as an extreme threat to Milan's hopes of progressing to the Champions League quarter-finals.

If Sir Alex Ferguson decides against pitching van Nistelrooy into battle after a three-month absence, Maldini knows he will still end up defending against Wayne Rooney, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes - with the possibility of Louis Saha and Alan Smith also appearing on the horizon.

"Given the players they have, there is no doubt Manchester United are among the best attackers in Europe," said Maldini, who is celebrating an incredible 20 years with the Rossoneri.

"I don't know how often they have all played together, or whether they will do against us - but it is obviously one of the major weapons they have at their disposal.

"So while it might be good news for us if van Nistelrooy does not play, we can't get too excited about it because they have someone highly capable to bring in instead."

With four Champions League triumphs among a monumental collection of trophies, Maldini has already etched his name in footballing folklore and earned the tag 'history maker' when he captained Milan to their 2003 penalty shoot-out final victory over Juventus on his last visit to this ground.

"The memory of that night gave me a nice feeling when I turned up for training last night," he said.

"You look in the training rooms for the place where you sat, and it is only natural to talk about what happened.

"But this visit will be a totally different experience for us. For a start, we will not have half the stadium cheering for us - so in that sense it will be even more difficult."

The encounter will also provide a mix of emotions for Jaap Stam, the Dutch defender who was such an integral part of United's own 1999 Champions League triumph but then found himself unceremoniously booted out of Old Trafford by Ferguson two years later.

Stam's departure was so quick he never had the chance to say goodbye to the fans who adored him - and while he is happy now with life in Italy, the 32-year-old insists United know they blundered by letting him go.

"Manchester United know they made a mistake in selling me," Stam told the official UEFA Champions League magazine.

"There have been opportunities to confront them, but I have turned them down. What would be the point? I know I made a mistake, and they do too.

"I was very settled at Manchester United. I had even just ordered a new kitchen, but if a club wants to sell you there is nothing you can do. You can be sold like cattle.

"In what other industry can a good employee be ushered out of the door against their wishes?"
